Lab Work/Biopsies
Lab and biopsy results can take up to 10 days to receive.  Our office will contact the patient with any abnormal results; therefore no news is good news.  If you prefer something different please discuss with your provider at the time of your visit.

If your insurance requires a referral or preauthorization for any services requested by your physician, please contact our office.  This process can take up to 5 days depending on your insurance company. 


Q.  Can your office perform ultrasounds
in the office?
A.   Yes we can perform ultrasounds in the office.

Phone Calls
When leaving a message for the nurse please provide the following information:  your name with spelling of last name, your contact phone number, and your date of birth and a brief summary of why you are calling.

Medication Refills
Please allow 24 hours for refills.  When requesting a refill, we need your name, date of birth, name of your medication and your pharmacy phone number.  Please check with your pharmacy before calling the office again.

PAP Smears
Pap smear results can take up to 2 weeks to receive.  If there is anything abnormal, our office will contact you.

If there is an abnormal finding, our office will notify you as soon as possible.
